Jenni Mills worked in broadcasting, as a presenter, interviewer and producer with BBC Radio Four, and as a television director, before turning to writing. In 2005 she graduated with a distinction from the MA course in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University, where she now teaches part-time. Her novels reflect many of the themes that interested her as a programme maker, from intense family relationships to landscape archaeology and history.
CROW STONE, her first novel, is a psychological thriller set in underground quarries; THE BURIED CIRCLE is about loss of innocence, a tragic love story and its violent consequences in the shadow of Avebury’s ancient stone circle.
Jenni lives in Wiltshire.
